Job Description
Art Director key tasks and responsibilities:
• Interpreting business needs of team to develop concepts ideation, visualization and execution of ideas
• Able to present well
• Manage multiple deadlines, timelines and teams to complete work order
• Work with third parties to develop creative
• Optimize creative from testing and research results to maximise performance
• Coordinate activities with other departments
• Review, improve and approve design, artwork, photography and films
• Can work with a wide range of media from online to offline, videos to tv to on-ground events
• Be detail orientated to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Will be the lead team for User Growth unit- developing content, mechanics, performance marketing materials, develop and curate all paid channel marketing creatives, plan and execute content and communication strategies targeted at onsite user lifecycle journeys, user engagement mechanisms, while displaying a deep understanding of consumer mindset through research and insights
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
• Knowledge in Performance Marketing preferred – able to optimize creative from testing and research results
• Bachelor degree from any major uni, preferabally Design Communication or Advertising
• Min. 4 years’ work as an Art / Design Director with Digital background
• Knowledge in using Photoshop, illustrator.
• Optional: Adobe Flash, Adobe Premier Pro & Adobe After Effect.
• Previous job experience in advertising, branding house, technology company, such as e-commerce, ride hailing, fintech with a fast pace track is a plus
• Good English – writing and verbal
• Able to work individually & in team
• Great sense of urgency
• Able to work under pressure
• Good mix of portfolio that shows strength in thinking and execution
across different media
• Vocal in giving opinion
• Willing to grow and learn
• Enthusiastic – never give up attitude
