Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Reduce FD% by buyer blockage and 3PL improvement initiative
2. Reduce FD lead time
3. Improve buyer communications and interactions on FD & Reduce buyer CS tickets disputes on FD and working closely with CC, platform to improve seller experiences
4. Reduce CR E2E Pickup Leadtime
5. Reduce Double fail delivery rate in FD return to seller
6. Focal point for return process system enhancement i.e. Return parcel journey granular status
7. Return 3PL development/coverage expansion
8. Managing parcel status journey compliance (EHM)
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
1. Strong analytical skills and business understanding.
2. Min. 3-5 years of working experience in the relevant background on project management, operational excellence, and process improvement.
3. Pro-active and positive attitude.
4. Willing to learn how to work within a team and independently.
5. Hardworking, methodical and very structured.
6. Able to work under pressure and willing to learn in a fast-moving environment.
7. Proficiency with office software.
8. Excellence in English communication both writing and speaking.
