1. Own and lead the LazMall Onboarding & Incubation stream
2. Initiate process improvements, perform execution, and monitoring for Onboarding and Incubation to support LazMall growth in ID
3. Initiate governance initiatives to ensure quality of brands & sellers in LazMall
4. Ensure existing LazMall governance is being implemented properly
5. Work closely with Regional LazMall Team in the identification of strategic brands in the market, align on direction & strategy, and on the execution in local
6. End-to-end support for our local BD team on the onboarding and incubation solution implementation
7. Communicate, drive, and implement the initiatives of onboarding and incubation plan to ensure KPI achievements, such as:
a) Work closely with various team in the organizations, including BD and Commercial Team to ensure smooth execution of onboarding and incubation plans
b) Collaborate with other commercial team (e.g. Campaign) to execute campaigns for new brands and to boost their performance
c) Perform periodic monitoring of the onboarding and incubation performance & KPIs/important metrics progress
d) Identify prevailing issues/risks on the ground and find workaround/initiatives to be implemented to ensure KPI achievements
e) Ensure alignment to all relevant stakeholders on any initiatives & solutions so that implementation could be smooth

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (management, marketing) or other related field
• At least 5 years of experience in brand management/category management/business development/project management role
• Proven track record of leading a stream is preferred
• Ability to own and run a project/possess project management skillset
• Proven working experience in e-commerce or retail is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills and willingness to interact, share ideas with other teams to get things done
• Ability to think-out-of-box with a desire to develop and implement new solutions
• Resourceful with working experiences within a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively and efficiently
• Good analytical skill with ability to use data to make decisions
• Extremely self-motivated and proactive with constant can-do attitude
