Are you currently in FMCG sector with 2- 3 years’ experience as Account Manager handling modern trade accounts such as Alfamart, Indomart, Superindo, Family Mart, etc.

Ideal Canditate Profile:

  • Degree holder with 2 to 3 years’ of experience in FMCG, preferably with exposure to food or RTD (beverages).
  • Prior experience in handling modern trade key accounts such as Alfamart, Indomart, Superindom Family Mart, etc..
  • Strong functional skill in sales such as managing modern trade, contract negotiation as well as working together with key account to achieve sales revenue objectives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skill.
  • Sales and Goals oriented.
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa.

Job Role:

  • Responsible for business growth and determining achievement of sales objectives within targeted profitability, set monthly sales target, return and service level target.
  • Responsible for sales forecasts and service level synchronization within scope, build a strong and detail sales forecast periodically.
  • Planning and preparing trading term agreement, trading term negotiation as well as analyze the components and perform regular business review to maintain achievement, as well as manage and control all trade-related expenses.
  • Creating a budget plan with ROI analysis, regularly update spending plan and monitor the incoming claim actualization.
  • Developing in-store visibility plans in coordination with distributor, and follow-up to achieve timely and effective implementation.
  • Providing POSM planning, managing and monitoring POSM Execution.
  • Conduct competitor review benchmarking on key account channels trend.
  • Providing monthly reporting, keep related function updated, and managing quarterly alignment.
  • Conducting regular business review with distributor and build innovative plan for distributor team.
  • Building productive long-term relationship with outlets and play a central role in coordination with respective outlets and distributor’s management.
