Job Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize, develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including Social Media, Creative, MD and even Operations
- Plan, manage, and execute the JD Loyalty campaign.
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns
- Budgeting, execution, and reporting for Point Burning Gamification
- Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in a technical subject connected to marketing or communications, but any field is accepted.
- Min. 1 experienced in Campaign Operations
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
- Prior experience in e-commerce marketing and/or campaign management will be a plus
- High attention to detail and strongly meticulous
- Strong project management and execution abilities
- Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Able to join as soon as possible.
