·         Bachelor in Marketing / Finance / Management

·         Having work experiences in the field of marketing and capable of well understand financial technology

·         Fluent in spoken and written English

·         High interest in data-driven marketing and growth development

·         Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to read data trends, able to draw conclusions and perform impact analysis

·         Able to think outside the box & strategically to come up with new initiatives to address problems

·         Track record of successful new customer engagements and sales / market share growth in previous assignments.

·         A keen interest in capital market and willing to learn about the industry

·    Excellent project management abilities to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize various internal and external stakeholders

General Requirements:

1.    Graduate from reputable university/ college with GPA min. 3.00

2.    Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing

3.    Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

4.    Having knowledge about Capital Market will be an advantage
