  • Influence and lead digital transformation by developing IKEA Indonesia digital communication strategy, developing and executing plans as the core pillar in achieving marketing goals, driving visitation on-line and offline and supporting achievement of commercial goals.
  • Develop country digital strategy, including website platform management, other digital platforms (SoMe), and create social media buzz to inspire customer.
  • Manage and develop IKEA ID official website platforms. Leverage global content and tools and collaborate with regional IT team and E-commerce team to ensure website is an integral part of easy buying process and creating a seamless online customer experience.
  • Lead and develop social media strategy and content development to enhance engagement with consumers through inspiring and practical solutions and improve brand equity and stimulate home furnishing interest.
  • By integrating customer online and offline footprints to create holistic customer profile, and develop personalized engagement strategy and contents tailored to different segments of target audiences.
  • Work closely with stores, Customer Relations departments, Sales, IKEA Family and IKEA Food to ensure execution excellence of IKEA programs in all customer touch points to optimize activation program impacts to build customer engagement and drive visitation and sales.


  • High interest in people’s everyday life at home and home furnishing.
  • Highly experienced in digital marketing and owned, earned, paid media strategy and plan development. At least 10 years of experience.
  • Up to date knowledge of online technologies and applications (e.g. search, social, mobile, e-commerce, integrated customer profiling and segmentation).
  • Experienced in creating and implementing long-term communication strategic plans, setting KPI/budgets, following up goals and evaluation.
  • Proven to have analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills (ability to think differently and “out of the box”).
  • Ability to extract insights through data mining, research, and consumer understanding.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
