Job Descriptions:
- To proactively manage a strong online presence of the property based website on all major search engines
- To work with the proactive and reactive sales cells of the hotel to increase inquiries and manage peaks
- Ensure hotel images and descriptions are updated regularly and represent the brand accordingly
- Purging and cleansing of the data bases via direct marketing activity
- Manage all e-marketing databases
- Manage email marketing campaigns and direct promotional activity to customers online
- Study design briefs and develop creative to meet the hotels/promotions requirements
- Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, trade show banners
- Adapt core creative to suit multiple channels of communication
- Coordinate any third party marketing services
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with business associates, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain the quarterly calendar of promotions and ensure that all marketing related activities are executed in a proactive manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Design
- Proven graphic designing experience of 2-4 years in a hospitality brand
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Advanced expertise with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with MS-Office (PowerPoint, MS word, MS Excel)
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
