What you’ll be doing?
- Creatively produce impactful content such as infographics, blogs, articles, job ads, and videos, in line with our recruiting and brand marketing strategies that bring the brand narrative & personality to life.
- Support in producing weekly content (including caption writing) on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Medium.
- Work with the Marketing & TAEB (Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding) team to deploy social media platforms, digital assets, data & analytics to drive talent acquisition.
- Support EB team in organizing internal & external events.
- Involve in the management of Internal Communication platform.
- Implement EB concepts and partnership strategies to maximize employer brand to potential candidates and tech-community.
- Provide administrative support to the TAEB team.
Who are we looking for?
- 3rd – 4th-year undergraduates or fresh grad with majors in Journalism, PR, Communications, or Visual
- Communication Design.
- Ability to create visual design (at least with a simple graphic design platform).
- Possess a passion for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook) and digital content creation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English, good in MS Office.
- Ability to push yourself in innovative thinking when it comes to events, initiatives, and social media.
- Having the experience of managing events in creative division will be a plus.
