What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for design, build, test, and implementation of acquisition campaigns
  • Responsible for developing a deep understanding of consumer needs and optimizing the acquisition channels to achieve growth
  • Leading cross-functional departments (offline partnership, paid digital, social)  initiatives to acquire new customers
  • Responsible for reporting and optimizing best practices & constantly improving conversion rate
  • Responsible for budget projection to achieve efficient ROI

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in consumer acquisition (Growth Marketing) from tech/start-ups
  • Strong team management skills, learning & development mindset
  • Experience in project planning, building roadmaps, and budget management
  • Passion for consumer behavior, getting results and focusing to drive growth
