Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs (for tech roles)
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Issuing letters like employment agreement, offering letters, etc.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably have experience as a headhunter or recruiter
  • English is a must
  • Have a high speed to find the best candidate
  • Have a strong recruitment strategy
