Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs (for tech roles)
- Determine selection criteria
- Issuing letters like employment agreement, offering letters, etc.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably have experience as a headhunter or recruiter
- English is a must
- Have a high speed to find the best candidate
- Have a strong recruitment strategy
