Job Description:
- understanding health insurance and/or employee benefit process
- Prepare test plans and case scenarios
- Conduct module/feature acceptance test and liaise with system owner / end-users to perform UAT
- Reviewed, and monitor test results using tracking tools such as Jira
- Work closely with developers and users to ensure resolution of system issues
Requirements:
- understanding health insurance and/or employee benefit process
- strong understanding of the claim process
- 3 years of working experience in the same field
