Responsibilities:
- Guest experience managers may also be tasked with collecting feedback from guests about their experience
- Setting goals and objectives for the department or team to ensure that objectives are met or exceeded
- Creating training manuals and materials to help staff members be successful in their jobs
- Monitoring guest feedback to identify service improvement opportunities that may require staff retraining
Requirements:
- Experience in handling Guest as a Guest Experience
- Confident communicating in English both written & spoken
- Good interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to solve unique cases in a dynamic
- Hotel brand awareness
