The OpEx team is focused on providing insights to support the operation team, by identifying & evaluating risks, conducting thorough examination, and also continuous improvement with training, to ensure that we have best-in-class operation level and standards.

 

Get to know the Role

As Inventory Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the operation team, to have full visibility of the stock in all the stores in Indonesia. You are also expected to support them in terms of implementation of all inventory processing, including daily cycle counts and monthly physical stock count, and system implementation, to achieve high degree of accuracy in terms of quantity accuracy, SKU accuracy, and minimum value discrepancies.

 

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • You lead a team of six inventory controllers.
  • Ensure daily cycle counts are being done in all stores, following the procedures, and correctly adjusted.
  • Perform thorough and logical analysis based on your findings, to evaluate the risk level, and also plan follow up actions with related teams and stakeholders.
  • Review documentation and conduct follow up to search for discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans to the existing operational practices.
  • Ensure accountability in the process of all inventory related activities.
  • Build a weekly report on competitiveness status and improvement progress over time.

The Must-Haves

  • You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
  • You have a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with a strong academic record
  • You have 2-4 years minimum working experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, or wholesale.
  • You have prior operations & start-up experience
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office(Powerpoint, Excel), Google Suites
  • You have experience in communicating high-level strategy details effectively across disciplines, locations, and organisations, including senior leadership.
  • Will need to travel often.
  • PLUS: Lean Six Sigma Certified.
