Job Descriptions:
- You will participate in leading Go to Market plan of various communication campaign or new feature development
- You will collaborate with various functional teams, including Merchant ops and Campaign team to develop communication that resonate to merchants or eaters
- You develop merchant marketing strategies that unable to grow both their revenue and love towards GrabFood
- You are responsible for NPS of merchant and revenue target
Requirements:
- You have Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility
- You have Marketing related experience with minimum 5 years
- Strong knowledge and experience in Digital marketing, channel marketing, social media, email marketing, push notification and PR
- Strong project management, organized and attention to detail
- Solid leadership with ability to balance between result and development
- Proficiency in using Google sheet, Slide, Doc
- Preferable from F&B/Tech/ECommerce/FMCG industry
