Job Descriptions:

  • You will participate in leading Go to Market plan of various communication campaign or new feature development
  • You will collaborate with various functional teams, including Merchant ops and Campaign team to develop communication that resonate to merchants or eaters
  • You develop merchant marketing strategies that unable to grow both their revenue and love towards GrabFood
  • You are responsible for NPS of merchant and revenue target

Requirements:

  • You have Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility
  • You have Marketing related experience with minimum 5 years
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Digital marketing, channel marketing, social media, email marketing, push notification and PR
  • Strong project management, organized and attention to detail
  • Solid leadership with ability to balance between result and development
  • Proficiency in using Google sheet, Slide, Doc
  • Preferable from F&B/Tech/ECommerce/FMCG industry
