Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience within creative agencies working across both traditional and digital campaigns for consumer brands.
  • Experience in digital and mobile marketing, developing and executing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in crafting, planning, and executing digital marketing campaigns, from creative brief to post analysis.
  • Understanding of the creative development process, digital design, UX design, creative research, and planning and measurement.
  • Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills, with a recognized industry presence, and the ability to inspire and excite audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently cultivate and develop C-level relationships.
  • Effective consultative skills.

We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of influential agencies and advertisers, and communicate effectively with clients in Indonesia.
  • Inspire breakthrough thinking and experimentation across video, mobile, and display through mentoring, consultation, training, and workshops.
  • Inspire creativity in relation to Google’s creative offerings in order to drive development in the broader ecosystem.
  • Guide portfolio partners to test and experiment on Google’s platform. Work to promote and increase collaboration, working in conjunction with Sales teams.
  • Drive the development of new creative intelligence, by identifying hypotheses, running experiments, and building scalable narratives. Deliver this to the ecosystem to drive through leadership, platform share, and product attachment in marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure end-to-end solutions delivery while managing operations across teams. Create new consumer experience opportunities for brands using our core tech on Google Cloud, Android, etc.
