About the Role
If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team, look no further. You will lead the team that handles the appeal and escalation cases of Risk Operations for GoTo Financials (GTF) on a day-to-day basis. You will also manage and create initiatives related to risk management in the Gojek operations team. You will work closely with several departments including Customer Service team, Fraud & Risk Management team, and Trust & Safety team.
What You Will Do
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Risk Operation units of GTF for effective handling of escalated and/or complex cases
- Propose and implement initiatives related to process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions, and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process
- Identify risk and underlying cause of errors or inefficiencies in the operation process and propose preventive measures
- Maintain and monitor the quality and efficiency of the operation process
- Manage related stakeholders of the Risk Operations team
- Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on GTF Risk Operations data and be able to elaborate any insights to stakeholders
- Provide relevant input, analysis, and solution based on data to the stakeholders
What You Will Need
- A relevant bachelor degree with at least 4 years on relevant fields and role (Operation) with additional experience in
- Risk is a big plus
- Experience in leading multiple operation units with excellent interpersonal communication skills to create a cohesive and high-performing team
- Ability to independently create process improvement related to operation efficiency and quality
- A data-oriented and critical thinking mindset with a strong problem solving skill
- Eye for details in verbal and written communications in both Bahasa and English
- Strong delivery focus and ability to make fast and practical decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with the following tools is a plus: Salesforce, pivot tables, and SQL query (and related tools)
