About the Role

As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will be responsible for internal and external reporting of risk metrics and creating actionable insights for various Risk teams. The role involves ensuring a rigorous risk governance program for our management and stakeholders and being compliant across our operating countries. You will work closely with all product areas and functions on proactive risk identification & evaluation, managing the effectiveness of controls, and creating a risk management culture that enables trust and confidence amongst external stakeholders. This role will often require strict prioritization & managing expectations of various stakeholders, including C-level executives. What You Will Do

  • Development of risk and compliance initiatives and programs to reduce the exposure of financial, business interruption, Legal and Regulatory, and people risk
  • Assess key risks associated with Gojek key business and providing direction to key stakeholders in maintaining those risks
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to support ERM reporting including the collection of risk-related data from external sources, recommending, formulating mitigation plans, and reporting progress against those plans
  • Drive stakeholders and Business Risk representatives collaboration to mitigate/ reduce risks that have the potential to hinder the Company’s performance and responses to mitigate these risks
  • A go-to person for the ERM team in the risk management process to define the framework, policies, KRIs, risk management process, and iterations. Incorporate leading practices in the framework
  • Drive company-wide effective and efficient risk assessment and mitigation programs are in place
  • Cultivates a customer-centric risk culture that champions solutions that will grow a pro-active, efficient, sustainable, and effective Enterprise Risk program
  • Implementing and managing risk governance and compliance programs at Gojek

What You Will Need

  • At least 6 years of related experience in Governance, Risk (enterprise, business, and operation), and Compliance
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in end-to-end risk management (enterprise, business, and operations) with a deep understanding and knowledge of risk management concepts
  • Advance knowledge in Governance, Risk (Enterprise, Business, and Operations), and Compliance related issues and strong knowledge in recent compliance issues across similar industries
  • Confident, independent, and strategic thinker that promotes the communication of new, unique ideas and thinking to business unit management
  • Strong analytical skill with an eye for detail
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities where necessary
  • Basic working knowledge in SQL and other data skills and advanced presentation skills
