Job description & requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a strong brand and marketing knowledge at our high-growth organization. You need to be hands-on, while also able to build and manage a team.

The right leader will be a marketing generalist with experience covering online and offline brand building, customer acquisition, Public Relations (PR), digital marketing, design, and B2B marketing-focused events to drive business and revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Generate overall marketing strategy, including offline marketing (branding, activation, partnership, and commercial strategies including the revenue-generating from the marketing division.

● Responsible to lead the marketing team that consists of 4 (four) pillars: Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, Commercial – Activation, and Creative and content.

● Plan out major marketing monthly campaigns and Public Relations initiatives.

● Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Operation, Community teams) to plan out key goals and outcomes.

● Lead Digital Marketing strategies (SEM, SMM, and SEO) with the digital marketing team, including product marketing for GoWork App.

● Develop, structure, and nurture relationships with all relevant and external partners, to achieve the company’s target key metrics.

● Oversee the creative content and marketing messages distribution on all channels.

● Create and manage marketing budget and be able to deliver results within budget.

● Generate reports & data analysis, including the competitors screening to C-level and management.

● Achieve company’s Objective Key Results and monitor Marketing KPIs

REQUIREMENTS:

● Work experience in the related field and have handled most of the responsibilities mentioned above for at least 5 years (suggested: 5-6 Year)

● Bachelor degree from a reputable university, min GPA 3.00 from 4.00 Scale

● Strategic and analytical thinker

● Knowledge of the B2B and B2C and have vast connections with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOL)

● Results-driven and able to ensure completion of tasks

● Highly organized and detail-oriented

● Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills (English and Indonesia)

● Willing to work hard and has proven track records toward details

● Positive attitude and high maturity level and skill to lead the team
