Responsibilities:

  • Uses direct email outreach and call campaigns to generate demand and interest in the markets.
  • Sources and schedules demos with qualified leads
  • Influence customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
  • Complete orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases daily in the internal system (Hubspot)
  • Owns a pipeline of the leads initial stage, assign the leads product to the product PIC through internal system
  • Proactively push generated leads through the pipeline
  • Secure information by completing database backups.
  • Arrange, document, and organize sales-client’s administrative correspondence
  • Ensure sales operations follow internal service process and procedures (Service Blueprint)
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from reputable university (Indonesia or abroad)
  • Postsecondary degree in business or marketing is a plus
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience at a medium to a high growth company and/or 1 years of experience in lead generation sales
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, requiring very minimum supervision
  • Have an excellent command of administrative skill, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, results and goal-oriented team player
  • Display a love of structure, process, and documentation.
  • Able to demonstrate success and metrics in previous call campaigns and lead generation
  • Fluent in English is a must
