Responsibilities:
- Uses direct email outreach and call campaigns to generate demand and interest in the markets.
- Sources and schedules demos with qualified leads
- Influence customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
- Complete orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases daily in the internal system (Hubspot)
- Owns a pipeline of the leads initial stage, assign the leads product to the product PIC through internal system
- Proactively push generated leads through the pipeline
- Secure information by completing database backups.
- Arrange, document, and organize sales-client’s administrative correspondence
- Ensure sales operations follow internal service process and procedures (Service Blueprint)
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from reputable university (Indonesia or abroad)
- Postsecondary degree in business or marketing is a plus
- At least 1 year of customer service experience at a medium to a high growth company and/or 1 years of experience in lead generation sales
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, requiring very minimum supervision
- Have an excellent command of administrative skill, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results and goal-oriented team player
- Display a love of structure, process, and documentation.
- Able to demonstrate success and metrics in previous call campaigns and lead generation
- Fluent in English is a must
