Hotel Overview:

in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta’s Central Business
District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 380 spacious guestrooms and 108
Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban
hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a
variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the
hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a1,200
square meter ballroom.

What you will be doing:

  • Report to work on scheduled time, wearing the proper uniform and nametag at all time.
  • To maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • To be aware of all hotel services and promotions in order to assist any guest.
  • Keep an up-to-date knowledge of the menu, beverage list and wine list.
  • Review all group resumes and BEO’s in order to ensure the successful completion of all IRD responsibilities as outlined in the resumes or BEO’s.
  • Keep an up-to-date knowledge of the menu, beverage list and wine list as well as ensure that all colleagues do the same.
  • Ensure that standards are, maintained and all documentation pertaining to the standards are utilized (i.e. F&B basics, process briefs, JTC’s, etc) each shift.
  • In addition, ensure that all colleagues and leaders receive the necessary training on the standards

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum three years’ experience as Restaurant or In-Room-Dining Manager in a fast paced, high quality and successful F&B operation
  • Must possess outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and analytical business thinking required
  • Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language is an asset
  • Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment
  • Must be flexible in terms of working hours.
  • Must be computer literate and analytical
