The Ops Sup Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position in Delivery Services (DS) unit, where the main responsible is to provide operations supports, including but not limited to; Invoicing process, card productions, advice letter processing, and work closely with business/products, vendors supporting projects and perform stock maintenances and monitoring within Delivery Services.
Responsibilities:
- Daily operations tasks to ensure card, statement and letter are being generated, reconciled accurately.
- Closely work with both business and vendors to ensure a smooth implementation on any CR (Change Request), change of card design, new product launch, and Stocks maintenance (monitoring, reviewing, and ordering stock stationaries – blank plastics, printing stationaries).
- Point of contact for issues and projects regarding card, statement, and letter production.
- Perform invoicing process, included but not limited to DS Vendors payment, rewards redemptions, accruals process, etc.
- Supporting and monitoring Third Party Assessment submission required for all vendors under Delivery Services, especially for production vendors.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
