What you’ll do
- Work with C level closely to craft / fully understand the company level strategy and transform it into city level strategy accordingly.
- Oversee the city operations end-to-end and be responsible for the city performance.
- Own the city level KPI and P&L
- Manage the city team and evolve the organization to support business growth.
- Collaborate with regional team in headquarters on all functions to drive initiatives and deliver results.
- Manage customer relationship and supplier relationship for the city.
- Lead the development and promotion of Chilibeli company’s values and culture.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 yrs experience in top e-commerce/Internet companies in Indonesia
- Ideally with BD/Sales/Ops experiences
- Proactive, dynamic, and energetic professional
- Great people skills and teamwork spirit
- English level good enough to communicate verbally and in writing
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep understanding of the Indonesia marketplace
