Job Description :
- Responsible for managing sales across all channels (MT, GT, Food Service, NKA, etc at Bali area)
- Coordinate the sales team in order to increase sales and achieve sales targets.
- Helping the sales team and providing training in finding, serving and maintaining customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategy.
- Supervise and control product distribution and penetration in the Bali area.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Motivate & develop sales team.
- Create weekly and monthly report.
