What You’ll Be Doing
• Support people operations activity including but not limited to logistic, asset inventory, and access management
• Assist in office management facilities and coordinate with 3rd party vendors. All include documentation, administration, and payment with finance
• Help to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hire including sending out onboarding kit
Who We Are Looking For
• 3 to 6 months of internship experience in HR administrative roles are preferred, fresh graduates from related backgrounds are also welcome to apply.
• Fast learner, positive attitude, consultative approach, and self-motivation
• A good command of English (spoken and written)
• A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
• Highly adaptable and personally organised
