Lowongan kerja Logistics Operations Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall logistics and fulfillment operations in collaboration with all stakeholders, both internal and external parties
• Maintain 3PL performance (on-time pick-up and delivery rate), fulfillment partners, complaint handling improvement, return rate, etc.
• Setup logistics and fulfillment operations flow for new businesses and 3PLs (including dashboard/performance monitoring, return policy, insurance, complaint handling, etc.)
• Proactively analyze and lead process improvement through research, interview, or other viable means

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from top local or overseas universities. Preferably in Logistics & Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or any other related major
• More than 3 years of work experience in a related field: marketplace, logistics, and fulfillment company
• Possess strong drive and self-motivation for performance improvement
• A natural collaborator with the ability to partner and influence other stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
