Job Description:
- Develop and continuously improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Monitor operational performance and relate to financial metrics such as revenue, S&M cost, profit margins
- Work closely with senior management to plan for resource allocation, budget utilization (ROI) to drive platform growth
- Work closely with business unit heads to develop demand strategy including user acquisition, retention and resurrection strategy
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting
- Support management team and the heads of various business units and functions with data-driven analysis

Requirements:
