ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is accountable to strategize and implement TM&D excellent execution within Retail & WS coverage for the specific area and region. The individual would also ensure all marketing activities are implemented as per international marketing practices and corporate guidelines.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

- 100% fulfilment of volume target, Mix/SKU priority follow monthly plan in territory scope
- Ensure to drive the business development of BAT
- Important metric to follow monthly plan
- Visit WS & Retail outlets for: Program communication to WS, Deploy POSM & Merchandising, obtain insight & provide input to TM&D Manager BAT
- Visit Wholesale C for outlet internal survey and advise WS regarding ongoing program in retail outlets to ensure stock availability for SKUs
- Provide proof of Control: (photos with community logo/banner as background, submit google form for customer data)
- 100% fulfilment of important metric target for Cycle Activity (based on monthly plan)
- Activate Retail & WS program in outlets
- Submit Outstanding trials
- Compliance audit of program execution
- Implement TM&D excellent execution within channel:Customer & consumer program
- Operationalize Cycle Instruction activities & merchandising
- Implement different approach across multichannel
KEY TARGET OF THIS ROLE
- Distributor Volume Sell out (total exc. Promo & DC)
- 100% fulfilment of volume target
- Mix/SKU priority follow monthly plan in Territory scope
- Call Visit fulfilment for active Customer, also Perform Cycle Activity program
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or business-related fields
- 21-25 years old
- Undergraduate (S1) from best university in town preferable with no more than 1 year professional experience in sales/marketing professional experience, with Problem Identification and Solving, Leadership, Negotiation, Sales & Distribution, Communication Skill
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Marketing/Sales or equivalent
- Exposure to a multi-national and cross-functional work environment is a plus
- Ability to teamwork and work optimally through relationships, persuasion, and influence
- Having fair commercial competence and sense of deep personal responsibility for the organization’s success
