ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The role is encouraged to be filled in by a manufacturing intern
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
• Support IWS Team to develop Record Management System & Reapplication Standard
• Demonstrate attitude and capability to become Record Management SME in Manufacturing
• Responsible for the drive and implementation of simplification initiatives i.e IWS DigiEd, Process Failure, Breakdown and Production Sheet record
• Responsible to conduct training to SME and create the CBA (Current Best Approach) for simplification initiative
• Support the development of CBA/DMS Loss Elimination Pillar
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Currently undertaking or recently graduated from bachelor’s degree (S1)
• Have knowledge and understanding of Project Management
• Intermediate excel skills
• Good communication skills in English and to be able to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, honest, good attitude, independent and self-motivated person
