  • A. Product Leadership
  • Solid project management and ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional teams (product, tech, revenue, operation, and customer management).
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the products.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of product improvements that drive growth along with product managers, tech team, and revenue.

  • Influencing product teams through presentations of data-based insights
  • Communicating state of business, experiment results, etc to product teams
  • Spreading best practices for growth with product teams to drive impact
  • C. Product Marketing
  • Understanding the competitive landscape of products and user lifecycle management to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Lead marketing efforts to effectively promote high retention and customer lifetime value
  • Drive marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution for the
  • new user acquisition and maintaining retention.
  • Market research expertise in quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, desk research, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand the consumer to identify the growth opportunities and drive the commercial business.
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROAS of campaigns.
  • Take ownership of OKR related to demand and growth that leads to revenue and profitability of Bobobox product business
  • define the strategy and roadmap for the team to achieve it by combining multiple initiatives (e.g content communication, vouchers/promotion, product changes)
  • Perform retroactive analysis of new solutions to evaluate their impact on Bobobox north star metrics.

You’ll fit in this job if you

  • BS/MS in business,marketing, engineering or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years working experience with at least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen with successful experience in influencing and leading cross functional teams
  • Strong project management skills to manage complex projects, also can manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in multiple analytics and database tools common within a marketing organization with good knowledge of SQL and experimentation process.
  • Hustle is essential, moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core skill of our team.
  • Problem solver, getting to the lowest level of detail to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into actionable plans
  • Track record of structuring and solving problems with an analytical, data driven approach
  • Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication and presentation skills
