What will you do?
- Maintain document of contract
- Looking for new vendors in construction & others category if necessary and have an introductory meeting
- Assisting the flow process in the procurement team
- Maintain & reminder for PRR Outstanding & Upcoming to another stakeholders
- Special Project : First implementation for “WI-PICA Vendor Evaluation” as project coordinator
Apply if you :
- Fresh graduate from Management, Industrial Engineering (preferred) and etc
- Advance in using microsoft office, google workspace and ERP (Netsuite)
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, fast response, honest, discipline, and high attention to detail
