- Social media has become a powerful platform for employer branding in order to attract young & talented talents as well as retain the existing ones.
- Therefore, you will be responsible for managing Blibli Loyalty Team Service (BLITS: Blibli customer care) social media: Instagram, TikTok,
- Twitter. You will have full empowerment to plan, execute, and develop the contents based on what’s trending and BLITS’ preference.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from reputable university, majoring Visual Communication Design or any communication and design related major
- Minimum GPA 3,00
- Have enough fluency in English; both oral & written
- Experienced in managing social media account is preferable
- Be able to plan, design, do market research, and identify target audience in social media
- Proficient in pre-production (storyboard), production (directing) and post-production (using any photo/ video editing tools)
- Proficient in analysing the social media metrics and insight as well as planning improvements
- Have knowledge in copywriting, storytelling and SEO method
- Have customer-focus spirit
