Creative Specialist have a unique role in which you are creating & developing visual asset for all JAGO’s Branding and marketing purposes, maintain visual consistency across marketing touch point, supervising specialists (e.g outsource artists, designer) to work on projects. Your involvement is crucial in making sure that visualization that we built have same narrative with JAGO’s Aspiration and give meaning in people’s live. You will work together like minded people inside the Go To Market Organisation that oversee the Brand’s narrative, customer engagement and Acquisition throughout the customer life cycle.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop unique, new concepts, creative approach for marketing programs
  • Determine how best to represent a concept visually
  • Determine which photographs, art or other design elements to use
  • Develop the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign, or a theater, television or film set
  • Supervise, review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the agencies or third parties
  • Talk to product owner to develop an artistic approach and style
  • Oversee proposed idea from the budget is within the briefs and directions
  • Supervise campaigns from production to completion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in advertising agency, with minimum role as graphic designer or art director
  • Have experience in creating artwork and communication materials
  • Involvement in digital creative industry, millennials’ communities, and movie / publishing companies are added bonus
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in brand marketing / digital content making / publishing. Demonstrate excellent taste on creating or
  • curating multiple types of content, and are well connected to various communities / media
  • Comfortable in creative hot seat
  • Able/willing to lead by example to generate powerful creative concepts on an on-going basis, within the team, and across the business
  • Provides unique design insights and solutions in collaboration with internal clients, often in real time
  • Technical Expertise
  • Adobe Premier and After Effect
  • Technically savvy, including use of graphic and other software tools (e. g. video editing)
  • Have experience of working in the media (magazines, digital portal), brand and creative agency would be an advantage
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skill (including: presentation, managing expectation, negotiation)
  • Fluency in English communication (both verbal and written)
