Job description & requirements
1. Setting target disbursement monthly, quarterly and yearly
2. Reporting weekly & blast to field about achievement field
3. Identifying patterns and issues by analyzing data via metabase or other
relevant tools
4. Daily update for monitoring tools lending team/field team
5. Developing & monitoring dashboard field team
6. Monitoring achievement disbursement and repayment rate field
7. Monitoring incentive field team
8. Working alongside teams to establish business needs
9. Proactively understand business needs/requirements and translate data into
insights for informed business decisions and strategic planning to grow and
improve the business
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field from reputable university
2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
3. Excellent at operating excel formula
4. Strong in quantitative & qualitative analysis
5. Experience with data analytics is an added advantage
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and
present information with attention to detail and accuracy
7. Strong knowledge about metabase, redash and other system that related to
business process
