Responsibilities
- Arrangement of Director’s meeting agenda and activities
- Archives and Mail Administration/ Documentation
- Support for additional Activities (such as : Hotel Reservations, Airline Tickets, and Support for Making Apartment Agreements)
Requirement
- Minimum 24 Years Old
- Educational Background minimum Diploma Degree, major in Secretary, Communication or Administration
- Fluent in English speaking and good correspondence in English.
- Good communication for Internal & External relation
- Has minimum 1 year experience as Secretary to Director
- Has big interested in Administration stuff (detail and conscientious persons)
