Responsibilities
Personal ability :
- Language skills : Good in Indonesia & English (written & verbal)
- Preferable to have ability in creative design (Photoshop, Adobe’s creative apps, etc).
- Has strong analytical & logical thinking/problem solving, creative thinking, initiative & follow-through, and priority setting
- Has good communication and can work both individually and as a team
- Able to work in tight schedule and underpressure
- Quickly understand a brief description (fast learner person)
Requirement
- Has experience in marketing, product development, or brand activation area (at least both of them) min. 4 years
- Educational background : S1 any field (preferable science, marketing, business major)
- To fulfill grade as Associate Brand Manager
Marketing knowledge :
- Understand insight and concept of marketing strategy (4P)
- Knowing well about sales and profit as core business target, including marketing expense management
- Has knowledge and ability to making in :a. Brand and product management
b. Product Development
c. Consumer research
d. Above the line activity (TVC, branding, etc), Below the line activity (promotional, event, etc), digital activity
