Job Description
The BizOps & Strategy team is divided into small squads, each tackling specific important business problems or new initiatives
- Structure complex and ambiguous business issues
- Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly and problem solve effectively
- Develop compelling, insightful recommendations to improve business operations
- Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within leadership audiences
- Work closely with operations, product managers, compliance, and functions to operationalize recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management, engineering or other relevant majors
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, growth, product management, business operations or other relevant roles
- Experience in management consulting or big tech is preferred but not required
- Highly analytical and obsessed with the customer experience
