As Business Development Manager, you will be working closely with Reach & Marketing Services team to engage clients in commercial arrangement. A digital-savvy marketer with strong approach to product bundling and delivering measurable performance for clients.


What will you do?

  • Lead & Motivate the Sales Team to deliver the Business Target for Reach & Agency Team
  • Design, Plan and Pitch Campaigns to the Prospective Clients
  • Settle agreement, sales document and relevant administration and legal process for any commercial engagement
  • Prepare Sales Pitch and offering (include media plan), liaise with Pre-Sales and acquire superior approval
  • Present on behalf of a company and acquire contract
  • Account management
  • Support other segment / other markets
  • Own the campaign and liaise with AdOps to ensure campaign performed as targeted and financially settled
  • Manage incoming revenue liaise with Collection
  • Prepare and execute sales plan
  • Prepare a Business Plan Proposal


What skills and experience will you need?

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in media/publishers/digital/Advertisement
  • Familiar or instrumental with CPI, CPL, CPM, CPA, CPC
  • Interested in Telco, Digital, and Advertisement
  • Passionate about networking and expand relation coverage
  • Hardcore Team worker with the ability to drive market leads
  • Self-driven and extra miles achiever, willing for cross-market and cross-segment assignment
  • Excellent communication skill
