As Business Development Manager, you will be working closely with Reach & Marketing Services team to engage clients in commercial arrangement. A digital-savvy marketer with strong approach to product bundling and delivering measurable performance for clients.
What will you do?
- Lead & Motivate the Sales Team to deliver the Business Target for Reach & Agency Team
- Design, Plan and Pitch Campaigns to the Prospective Clients
- Settle agreement, sales document and relevant administration and legal process for any commercial engagement
- Prepare Sales Pitch and offering (include media plan), liaise with Pre-Sales and acquire superior approval
- Present on behalf of a company and acquire contract
- Account management
- Support other segment / other markets
- Own the campaign and liaise with AdOps to ensure campaign performed as targeted and financially settled
- Manage incoming revenue liaise with Collection
- Prepare and execute sales plan
- Prepare a Business Plan Proposal
What skills and experience will you need?
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in media/publishers/digital/Advertisement
- Familiar or instrumental with CPI, CPL, CPM, CPA, CPC
- Interested in Telco, Digital, and Advertisement
- Passionate about networking and expand relation coverage
- Hardcore Team worker with the ability to drive market leads
- Self-driven and extra miles achiever, willing for cross-market and cross-segment assignment
- Excellent communication skill
